If you’re having difficulty choosing a therapist, book a therapy consultation session with me. At my practice in Notting Hill, West London, I provide a safe environment for you to discuss your needs. This session allows both of us an opportunity to explore the difficulties which have led you to consider psychotherapy in the first place. Consultations are available via Facetime and Skype if required.
If at the end of our first session, you feel that I am the right therapist for you, I will offer you a regular appointment. This isn’t always the case, and sometimes a referral to another therapist or outside agency may be the best solution, and either way, I am happy to support you with getting the help you need.
